1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the HK IPTV application and the marketing website at https://iptv.hklabz.com, operated by HK Labz. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use HK IPTV on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable store policies.
3. Your content & playlists
You are solely responsible for the playlists, credentials, and streams you configure. You represent that you have the legal right to access that content. HK IPTV does not provide channels, movies, or series libraries.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, abuse promo codes, or use the service to infringe intellectual property or violate local regulations.
5. Promo codes & ads
Promo unlocks may remove ads on eligible devices according to code rules (including device limits). We may change, suspend, or revoke promos that are abused or obtained improperly. Ad-supported experiences may show third-party advertisements.
6. Disclaimer
The app and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Playback quality depends on your network and third-party servers. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HK Labz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from playlist providers, network failures, or device issues.
