App feels slow on first open
Large catalogs download and index in the background. Stay on Wi‑Fi for the first sync, then browse categories as they become ready.
TV remote focus issues
Use the directional pad to move between tiles. Press Back to leave the player. If focus is lost, press Home and relaunch HK IPTV.
Parental PIN
Enable parental controls in Settings and set a PIN. Adult-tagged categories will ask for the PIN before opening.
