HK IPTV is a playlist player. These questions cover setup, devices, and what we do — and do not — provide.
Does HK IPTV provide channels or movies?+
No. HK IPTV is a player for playlists and portals you already have access to (such as Xtream Codes-compatible servers). You bring your own credentials; we do not host or sell video content.
Which devices are supported?+
Android phones, tablets, Android TV, and Google TV devices. Leanback launch is supported for living-room boxes and sticks.
How do I add a playlist?+
Open Profiles, add a new profile, and enter your portal URL, username, and password. Demo profiles may appear when configured by the publisher.
Why is a channel buffering?+
Buffering usually comes from the stream source, network, or VPN/region restrictions on the provider side. Try another channel, check Wi‑Fi, or contact your playlist provider.
Can I remove ads?+
Yes — redeem a valid promo code in Settings when available. Premium unlocks are device-bound according to the code rules.
How do I contact support?+
Email support@hklabz.com with your device model, Android version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send playlist passwords in plain email if you can avoid it.
