Privacy Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026. This policy describes how HK Labz handles information in the HK IPTV app and this website.

1. Who we are

2. What HK IPTV is

HK IPTV is a media player for user-supplied IPTV playlists and Xtream Codes-compatible portals. We do not host, sell, or broadcast television or movie content. Streams are fetched from servers you configure.

3. Information we process

  • Playlist credentials you enter (portal URL, username, password) are stored on-device for playback. If you use optional cloud features (such as anonymous sign-in for promo redemption or device registry), related identifiers may be stored in Firebase under your account.
  • Device identifiers may be used to enforce promo-code device limits and abuse prevention.
  • Analytics (for example Firebase Analytics) may collect anonymized or aggregated usage events such as app opens and screen views.
  • Advertising SDKs (when ads are enabled and you are not unlocked via promo) may process advertising identifiers according to those providers’ policies.
  • Support email content you send us voluntarily.

4. How we use information

We use data to operate the player, improve stability, enforce premium unlocks, show ads when applicable, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third parties

Playback contacts the IPTV servers you configure. Cloud features may use Google Firebase. Ads may use Unity Ads or similar partners. Those services have their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention & deletion

Local credentials remain until you clear app data or remove profiles. To request deletion of cloud-associated records tied to your device or anonymous account, email support@hklabz.com from the same device context when possible.

7. Children

HK IPTV is not directed at children under 13. Parental controls are provided for supervising content categories on shared devices.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
